- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future solutions using cutting-edge tools
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external network of technology pioneers and research institutions
- Author annual 'Technology Radar' reports predicting industry shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in innovation methodologies and future-thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and regulatory implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing organizational change
