- Present future-tech forecasts to Congressional Tech Committees and UN Innovation Councils
- Mentor a 20-person R&D team in agile prototyping and scenario planning
- Drive ESG compliance for next-gen tech deployments across 5 global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering from top 20 university
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies (2020-2023)
- Secured $50M+ in federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
