- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and partnership opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technological shifts
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking
- Foster ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios (2025-2030)
- Experience scaling technology operations across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment valuation
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts
