Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology adoption forecasts for quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning for regulatory shifts in digital asset markets
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and DEI objectives
- Manage portfolio of emerging tech pilots with $2M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic narratives to investors and board members
- Coordinate global tech policy advocacy initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and technology roadmapping
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
- Published thought leadership on digital transformation
- Experience managing $1M+ R&D portfolios
