As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI researchers, and sustainable tech pioneers to develop 5-year technology roadmaps. You'll analyze emerging trends, evaluate disruptive technologies, and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives while fostering a culture of innovation across our global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of futuristic technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio and track ROI of futuristic R&D initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products
