Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop market entry strategies for disruptive technologies with $50M+ potential impact
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption readiness and ROI
- Partner with academic institutions to identify breakthrough research opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor committees
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof technology implementation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 scale impact
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, autonomous systems, neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience scaling global innovation programs across 3+ continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFSF) or equivalent analytical frameworks
