Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at industry forums
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives with university partnerships
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement of futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technology products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
