Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies post-2025
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum startups to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards for autonomous systems
- Security clearance from US DoD or equivalent international body
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
