Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic pivots
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and technological foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future technology trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, or space tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to interpret complex tech adoption curves
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital partners
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
