- Monitor global tech policy shifts and competitive landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Prior experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
