Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 5+ year vision
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Build cross-functional ecosystems with academia, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Proven experience scaling innovative initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management across global organizations
