- Establish R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks in autonomous systems and biotech
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least two patented innovations
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred for global partnerships
