Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/autonomous systems)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
