- Establish KPIs for future technology pilots and scale initiatives
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative concepts to market
- Certified in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
