Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI on future-tech investments
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing executive decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
