- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, bio-convergence) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Silicon Valley accelerators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record of launching 3+ disruptive technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or advanced AI systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants for emerging tech
- Strong network with DARPA and NSF program directors
