Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Anticipate and mitigate emerging technology risks through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products with $100M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech development
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Certified in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
