Responsibilities
- Design and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into corporate vision and investor communications
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of exponential technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026 digital frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
