Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Patents in machine learning or distributed systems preferred
