Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech pilots (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and innovation opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital transformation
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board of directors
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, neuromorphic systems
- Strategic planning certification (e.g., CIO, TOGAF, or equivalent)
