Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and private partnerships for 2026 innovation projects
- Mentor teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Present at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits on future tech policy
- Build patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in climate modeling and personalized medicine
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics/Bioengineering with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record securing $20M+ in tech innovation funding
- Expertise in ISO 21434 (cybersecurity for road vehicles) and NIST AI frameworks
- Experience with EU AI Act and US CHIPS Act compliance
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, Qiskit, and CRISPR-Cas9 workflows
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
