Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate-tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 innovators
- Develop patent frameworks for emerging tech applications across 15+ industries
- Present future-tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows and manage $5M+ annual R&D portfolio
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurism research
- Proven track record scaling patented innovations from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate modeling
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale innovation programs
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
