Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in controlled environments
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum applications, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate strategic tech forecasts into corporate vision
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation team focused on exponential technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
- Champion ethical AI and responsible innovation practices across all projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or climate technology
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-suite decisions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling high-impact innovation teams from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFP)
