Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations and competitive landscape analysis
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and industry partnerships
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for future tech initiatives
- Represent company at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, SXSW)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling agile teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
