Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and next-gen sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026 and beyond
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into corporate planning

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations for early-stage technology adoption
- Mentor a high-performing team of technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with proven experience mapping multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, biotechnology convergence, or sustainable tech
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their commercial applications post-2025
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or futurism
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CTO) strongly preferred
