Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and prototyping of next-generation technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product architecture
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish industry partnerships for collaborative R&D initiatives in sustainable tech
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications and opportunities
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
