Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven success in scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience securing >$20M in tech innovation funding
- Expertise in ethical tech frameworks and sustainability metrics
