Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen consumer and enterprise solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, decentralized AI) and translate into strategic business opportunities
- Partner with product teams to define feature specifications for 2026 technology launches
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotechnology, or spatial computing
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5-10 year vision)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
