Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI ethical frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) for commercial viability
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven experience scaling tech startups to Series B+ funding
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape (Web4.0, quantum internet)
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
