Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology foresight roadmap using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead quantum computing integration projects with 50+ person engineering teams
- Architect AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG and sustainability goals
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech prototyping
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption impact across global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives at enterprise level
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for next-gen technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight methodology training
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives (SBIR, etc.)
