Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions in controlled environments
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate technological shifts and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build a framework for ethical innovation and sustainable tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., CIMP) or Technology Strategy
- Portfolio of successfully launched futuristic initiatives
