- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and market forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
