Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) for strategic integration into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruption vectors to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and nurture external partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
