As a key member of our C-suite Innovation Lab, you'll lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen platforms while ensuring alignment with ESG principles and global regulatory frameworks. Your work will directly influence how 1B+ users interact with technology by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption cycles
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property frameworks for emerging tech domains
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at executive level (CDO, CTO, or VP Innovation)
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics required
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production (10k+ user systems)
