Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Deep knowledge of 2026 UN SDG tech integration frameworks
