Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, autonomous systems, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and disruption across industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and ethical AI frameworks
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or industry forums
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
