Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in forecasting tech disruption and market shifts
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven businesses
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing Fundamentals)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
