Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures that align with 2026 technological standards.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the technical vision for future-proofing our products, anticipating industry shifts in automation and intelligence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines and model inference for real-time applications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
