Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on generative AI or predictive analytics
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and technological forecasting
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
