Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal shifts through 2030
- Direct cross-functional R&D projects in quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate adaptation
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Author industry-defining white papers on 2026 technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
