- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and exponential technology trends
- Lead a $50M portfolio of moonshot projects in AI governance, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA JPL
- Present futures intelligence to C-suite and board, translating complex scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' thought leadership through whitepapers, TEDx talks, and policy advisory roles
- Mentor internal 'Future Architects' program developing next-gen innovation leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published futurist or recognized speaker at Davos, Web Summit, or similar forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for exponential technologies across 15+ jurisdictions
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact on billion-dollar markets
