- Analyze emerging technological and societal trends to develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in conceptualizing and prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present futuristic visions to executive leadership and stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for long-term strategic planning
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and launching disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging fields: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
