Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with exponential growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
