Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and future market opportunities
- Conduct trend analysis and scenario planning to inform long-term business strategy
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and idea incubation

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field

- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
