You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to architect our innovation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present trend reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Oversee the implementation of innovation KPIs and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
