- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor landscapes to maintain competitive advantage
- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and thought leaders
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) or innovation management preferred
