- Produce actionable scenario plans for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Author forward-looking white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or sustainable futures
- Experience working with quantum computing, bio-engineering, or climate tech ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through futures analysis
