Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Roadmap identifying emerging trends and disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and neurotech
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in board-level strategy sessions
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Oversee incubation of experimental projects with $10M+ innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend analyses or white papers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
