Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, quantum computing) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen products and services
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight into corporate strategy, R&D priorities, and investment decisions
- Present future scenarios to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven trend-forecasting track record
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or tech disruption topics
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
