Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Design scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive response strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging innovations
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and agile execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience launching at least two market-disrupting products/services
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD, CPIM)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ trend prediction accuracy
